Good morning and welcome to GGSA State Quals! Remember we have three judges in each room. Do not start a round until all 3 judges are present.

 Remember that most rounds are DOUBLE FLIGHTED, meaning "Round 1" is actually two debates and two ballots!

You will find the various schedules and other pertinent information on the right side of this web page.  Please review for the the event you will be judging.

JUDGE REMINDERS:

1. Ballots can be accessed on your Tabroom Homepage.

2. Press Start Round once you have accessed your ballot so the tab staff knows that you are present and ready to judge.

3. Write notes for competitors during the round and submit your ballot within 5 minutes of the end of the round.

4. You must be present with your camera on during the entire presentation.

5. Make sure you press CONFIRM when you submit your ballot so your ballot goes through.

6. At the end of the round, each judge should make their decision independently, and then submit their ballot. Do not discuss your decision with another judge until you have both submitted and confirmed your ballot!
