Waitlist Priorities

We are limited by space this year and anticipate that we may have to turn away entries. At the initial registration deadline of Wednesday, February 24, at 3pm, entries will be let off the wait list in the following priorities:

Absolute Priorities

* Entries must have a name (no TBA) before being admitted.

* If we reach the total physical space of the tournament, any additional waitlisted entries will only be admitted as drops permit.

* All schools must have at least one judge in the pool before entries will be added from that school.

Priority List

1) Entries who are completely covered by judging as per the invitation (Friday - 1 judge for first 4 LD/PF, 1 judge per 2 thereafter; Saturday - 1 judge for first 15 entries, 1 judge per 5 thereafter)

2) Uncovered entries from East Kansas NSDA schools

3) Uncovered entries from schools whose tournaments we attended or plan to attend

4) Uncovered entries from schools outside Northeast Kansas who likely have to plan on an overnight stay

5) All other uncovered entries

Entries which are added after the registration deadline, or covered by judges after the registration deadline, will be added as space permits with the above priorities in mind.
