Online/In Person Blended Instructions

Some events had too few competitors online to run alone. We have blended those into Online/In person Blended and are trying a new system. Those teams/competitors that are online have been given a code of Online "Event" and BR #. 

This indicates that they are online, the event that they are participating in, and the Zoom Breakout Room They are assigned to. 

Judges/Competitors will know to go on to the zoom breakout Room Link and ask for that breakout room to judge or compete against that team/participant. 

Students and teams should go straight to the BR Zoom Link and ask for the BR # and they will stay there all day. 

For example: I'm a judge for an impromptu round and I see I have a competitor with the code Online NIM BR 4. I know that to judge that competitor for impromptu I need to go to the online zoom Breakout link and ask for BR4 in the chat. 

For Example 2: I am a team/judge and I just received my assignment for Novice Policy. I see that a team has the code Online NCX BR 2. I know to go to my in person room and then get online and go to the zoom breakout link and ask for BR 2 in the chat to compete/judge that round.

We are going to do our best to have any online judges judge only online only teams so there will be less confusion the day of for in person teams.
