All accepted entries will be frozen by 8:00 pm EST time on October 4th. Any entry drops after this date will not reduce the assessed final fees, even if a school drops all of its entries. Thereafter, entries accepted off the waitlist cannot be dropped without an assessment. Schools may continue to make online student name changes, without penalty, until registration is over on Friday. However, we strongly encourage all schools to finalize changes prior to Friday.

Fees must be paid before the start of the tournament. Please notify tournament contact if you know your check will not arrive prior to the first day of the tournament. ONLY CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED. Please make checks out to "Nova High School", and mail all checks to:
