1) Pairings for debaters use CODE NUMBERS rather than school name and debater initial(s).  Judges should not ask what school students attend.

2) Public Forum - No coin flip- sides are determined by the tabroom, with PRO speaking first and CON speaking second (and last) -- There may be a coin flip to determine sides in post-prelim rounds but the PRO side will still always speak first.
