How to Access Your Competition Rounds

All students are strongly encouraged to attend all their preliminary rounds. All judges are required to be in the Zoom rounds with students prior to watching videos.

1. Check the Tabroom.com pairing page to view the postings to see which room you’ll be judging or competing. You may also receive a text notification if you have set that up in tabroom.com (ie. “Room 101”).

2. Go to Tournaments.Classrooms.Cloud and log in using your tabroom.com account.

3. Click Tournaments > GGSA IE 3 > GGSA [Asynch Speech / Live Speech] (depending on events)

4. Enter the room you are assigned.

5. Scroll down to log in to the Zoom room. If you use the Zoom app to access the round, the password will be listed on this page to enter. Make sure you enter the room and don't stay on this landing page and just watch the videos.

6. Be sure to enter the name that is on your Tabroom account [ie. Justin Fradelis (pronouns optional)]

7. In the Zoom chat, notify your judge and other competitors that you are present. 

Having issues? Some recommendations: 

- Make sure you are using a Chrome internet browser. 

- Try logging in to your room using the Zoom App (instead of via website).
