Video Submission Instructions

1. Students will record their speeches and upload them to Youtube as an unlisted video. They should name the video as [Name - Event] (ex: "Justin Fradelis - Humorous Interp"). In the description they can add the title/topic of their performance, however, they MUST NOT include their school anywhere in their recording. 

Students must follow all updated CHSSA guidelines for video recordings, including videos being continuous with NO edits. No video should be longer than 10 minutes 30 seconds. 

2. To submit the speech Youtube video, students will login to tournaments.classrooms.cloud using their Tabroom.com account credentials (sometimes it works best to be logged in to your Tabroom.com account first before clicking on the link). Select GGSA IE 3 in the tournament drop down. Speech submissions will open some time on Monday, January 25. 

3. Students need to review their name, event, and division to ensure it is correct.  

4. Students then copy & paste the Youtube link into the box. Press submit. This is a final submission and there is no resubmission. Make one submission. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that that the audio/visual works before submitting. If there are issues, students should contact their coach who can contact the tournament directors.

Video submissions are on Wednesday, January 27, 2020 at 11:55 PM. Do not wait until Wednesday to start recording and uploading.

Video submissions through this platform will be required for the following events: DI, DUO, EXPOS, HI, OI, OA, OO, OPP, & POI. 

Attendance in prelim rounds 1-3 will be asynchronous where attendance is optional but strongly encouraged, however, competitors must be present for the synchronous final rounds of all events.
