COVID-19 Precautions

Coaches and Administrators,

We feel very fortunate to host this tournament in person. Recognizing the great trust that parents are placing with us, we will be implementing the following policies to prevent the spread of the virus:

1. All competitors must wear a mask.

2. If competitors are showing symptoms of COVID, they need to stay home.

3. Each team will have their own classroom where they will stay when not in rounds.

4. Competition rooms will be set up to provide 6' of social distance between speakers and audience members.

5. We will use online ballots--these have proven tremendously effective in previous tournaments (judges will need to create a tabroom.com account).

6. We are expanding our judges' lounge to allow for better social distancing.
