Interp Asynchronous Video Notes

We will be conducting the asynchronous rounds entirely through tabroom.com.

When you click on your student’s entry for each event, there is a an edit box under the column for “Changes”. Click on this box.

Please enter the Title and Author of the student’s performance.

In the “Link to Performance Video” box you will copy and paste a link to this student’s performance.

Two popular ways of sharing this link include:

Upload the video to Youtube. Make sure the visibility is set to “Unlisted” or “Public”. Copy and paste the share link into the “Link to Performance Video” box in tabroom.com.

Upload the video to a Google Drive folder. When you click “Share”, Under the “Get Links” section, make sure the permissions are set to “Anyone with this link can view” (you can access this by clicking “change”). Then click “Copy”, and paste the link into the “Link to Performance Video” box in tabroom.com

Video file formats that I have seen work include .mp4 and .mov

As much as possible, double check that each video matches each student for that event (I have already made that mistake once).

VIDEO SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE BY TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13 NO LATER THAN  6:00 PM CST. VIDEOS NOT SUBMITTED BY THIS TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED NO-SHOWS.
