Deadlines and Other Critical Information

Because we need to process a purchase order to reserve our NSDA Campus Rooms and to pay our hired judges, we must adhere to the following deadlines...

Hired Judge Requests Nov. 13, 2020 at 5 p.m.

New Entries DUE Nov. 16, 2020 at 5 p.m.

Fees Freeze Nov. 16, 2020 at 5 p.m.

Judge Names Due Nov. 17, 2020 at 5 p.m.

Name Changes/Drops Allowed by Coaches in Tabroom Until Nov. 20, 2020 at 10 p.m.

Please mail your checks to Lexington High School (address on the invoice) -- We do not need to receive your checks until after the tournament, although we will accept them earlier, but you are morally obligated to mail us the sum you owe us as of the FEES FREEZE deadline because we are paying for our NSDA campus rooms at that time, and the NSDA does not issue refunds. Nor can we "un-hire" judges we hired for you after the deadline.

We will not be requiring any forms and we will not be allowing the recording or broadcasting of any debates. NSDA campus rooms are ONLY accessible by the assigned judges, student competitors and Tab Room personnel. We are sorry, but NSDA Campus is not designed to accommodate observers.
