Hello! This tournament is for 2026-2027 Novices only in order for them to get a taste of what tournaments are like before our season begins.

Novice Debate will have three rounds. In the first two rounds varsity debaters will serve as Angels for the teams, helping them through the rounds. In the third round, novice debaters are on their own!

Novice Speech will have two prelim rounds and then, depending on the entry size, will potentially break to a final round.

Varsity students are welcome to judge. They should be expected to be VERY ENCOURAGING and to write very good ballots.
