For all prepared speech events, coaches are required to upload manuscripts and bibliographies to the corresponding Dropbox links below. Before doing so, please complete a plagiarism check on your students' manuscripts. This is to ensure that any possible protests are resolved before state and also that we are sending students whose material is airtight and logistically sound. Script submissions are due Wednesday, 3/4, by 8:00 PM.

Uploaded manuscripts need to meet the following criteria:

• Please be sure that the file name includes the participant’s school followed by first and last name (i.e., Ashland John Smith), then the exact title or topic/subject matter.
• Be sure to use the exact titles of selections in DI, Duo, HI, Prose and LIELL.
• In ADS, Inform, Oratory, Radio, and Poetry enter a topic/subject matter rather than a title to prevent a student from speaking against someone with the same subject matter.

All Congress bills this year will be submitted to one Dropbox link for the entire state. Please be sure that the file name includes the participant’s school, student’s name, and name of the bill/resolution (i.e., Ashland John Smith Expand Light Rail).
