WHEN: December 5th and 6th 2025
WHERE: Tulsa Central High School 3101 W. Edison St. Tulsa, Oklahoma
SCHEDULE: A detailed schedule will be emailed later this week. Debate rounds will begin at 4pm on Friday. Saturday's IE schedule will begin with rounds starting at 9am.
CLASSES: This is a qualifying tournament which will run according to the rules set by the OSSAA. All sixteen events will be offered in 3A, 4A, Champs and Novice.
ENTRIES: Judging requirements will follow OSSAA rules and are due Wednesday, Dec 3rd at 5:00 p.m.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries are due by 5pm on Tuesday, December 2nd. Register on tabroom.com @ http://tulsacentral.tabroom.com/
DROPS/ADDS: See the OSSAA rule book for drop fees. Any adds will have to be overwritten on tabroom.com by the tournament director and may only be approved until Wednesday, December 3rd at 5:00 p.m. Add fees, drop fees, and missing judge fees will be imposed as of Wednesday, December 3rd at 5:00 p.m.
COST: The cost is $4 for each individual event, $5 for each LD debate entry, $8 for duets, and $10 for each CX and/or PF debate team.
PAYMENT: Make checks and purchase orders out to Tulsa Central High School Speech and Debate. An invoice will be emailed to you after the completion of the tournament.
AWARDS: Medals will be presented to the top three places in individual events and in debate. Sweepstakes plaques will also be awarded to the top three teams in each class. Awards will be in the high school cafeteria.
JUDGES: Judge requirements will be according to OSSAA manual. Must confirm judges by Wednesday December 3rd by 5:00 p.m.
ADDITIONAL INFO:

Make sure your team is OSSAA eligible with all students listed on your roster before the tournament, and that you have checked your classification for 2025-26.

There will be a hospitality room for coaches, judges and bus drivers.

Our school is quite large with a lot of stairs. There will be an elevator available for those who need it.

Students will be in the high school cafeteria.

There is guest wifi available, however it is advised you bring what is needed to access the internet just in case.

There will be a cash concession stand available.
