Waco Silos Meet

Welcome to Waco for round 2. Our meet will be in person at Waco High School. This is a UIL meet.

We plan on doing a Congress learning session. Students can give speeches using the UIL STATE DOCKET within their classifications. There will be questioning periods. It's for learning and preparing for state.

Our extemp topic areas are Europe for prelims and Africa/Middle East for round 2. Prose and Poetry will have two rounds as well.

We are using the fall uil ld topic. Resolved: In the United States, compulsory national service ought to be valued over personal autonomy.

We are using the 2025-26 Policy debate topic: Resolved: The United States federal government should significantly increase its exploration and/or development of the Arctic.
