Welcome to the 2025 District 6 Novice Tournament, hosted by Blackfoot High School!

Dress Code- Halloween Costumes (school appropriate) or professional dress!

Of course, with great power comes great responsibility, so below are the costume regulations:

1. Costumes must be school appropriate. This is still a professional event, occurring in a school, and performed to parents and community members.
2. Weapons, real or fake, will not be permitted. Students still have to follow the school's dress code.
3. Extremely gory or obscene costumes will be asked to be toned down. Costumes should not distract from the main purpose of the tournament.
4. Absolutely no face coverings. This is to protect students. Obviously, exemptions will be made for students wearing head coverings for religious reasons or face coverings for medical reasons. In both instances, identifiable parts of the person's face will be unobstructed. This is aimed at individuals who choose to wear head coverings (like a ski mask) or decorative, face coverings (like a clown or animal) as part of their costume. Faces need to be unobstructed and identifiable to keep our student population safe.

As the coach, whether or not you allow your students to attend in costume or how you handle it from here is up to you.
