Broken Arrow Invitational

2023 — Broken Arrow, OK/US

Dear Speech and Debate Coaches,

I hope this letter finds you well. We are thrilled to extend an invitation to your school's 5A, 6A, and Novice Squads to the 2023 Broken Arrow “Tiger Classic” Speech and Debate Tournament, which will take place on November 3rd and 4th. This year, we are proud to host the event at the Broken Arrow Freshman Academy, located at 301 W New Orleans St, Broken Arrow, OK 74011.

We encourage participating schools to adhere to the 3:15 PM arrival time to ensure a smooth start to the rounds. Our goal is to create a fantastic experience for all participants.

The tournament fees for the Broken Arrow Speech and Debate Tournament will be consistent with OSSAA (Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association) guidelines. These fees are designed to cover the cost of organizing and running the event while keeping it accessible for all schools.

This year, we are excited to feature all OSSAA events, including pilot events - Informative Speaking and Program of Oral Interpretation. We believe that these events will provide an enriching experience for your students and help them further develop their speech and debate skills.

Also, this is the first year we are using online ballots for all areas of competition.

We look forward to hosting your school and providing a platform for your students to showcase their talents and abilities. Our team is committed to making this tournament an unforgettable experience for all participants.

Please RSVP by [RSVP Deadline] to confirm your school's participation. If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to contact us at [Your Contact Information].

Thank you for your continued support of speech and debate education. We eagerly anticipate your school's involvement in the 2023 Broken Arrow Speech and Debate Tournament and the opportunity to witness the remarkable talents of your students.
