NSDA Lone Star 2023 National Qualifying Tournament

The Lone Star District Committee is excited to host the 2023 NSDA Qualifying Series. Students will have the opportunity to qualify for the 2023 NSDA National Tournament in debate and individual events.

We look forward to a great day of Congressional Debate on Thursday, February 23! This year each session will have a preset and fixed agenda. Competitors are not permitted to amend the docket in rounds. Additionally, rounds will have preset precedence. For the sake of transparency, the randomized list will be screen-recorded as it is generated and shared with all coaches. Can't wait to see you all! Individual Events - February 24 & 25 @ Plano Senior High School

Fees & Deadlines

District fee - $85

Congress Entry - $40

Congress Hospitality Fee $20

I.E. Entry $40

Debate Entry-$80

Speech & Debate Hospitality Fee $40

Registration - All entries and registration information are due Thursday, February 16 @ 11:59 PM

All fees must be paid prior to competition.

If you know judges that could be used for the qualifying series please have them fill out this NSDA Judge Form by February 1 @ 11:59 PM.
