We are excited to be Arkansas’ ONLY Virtual Tournament. Because we will have both asynchronous and “live” events this allows schools and students many options. This is an Arkansas State Tournament Qualifying Event! Smaller Schools and Out of State Schools can participate and not have to Travel. Judges don’t have to travel. All schools and students can enter into our Tournament and may attend another Tournament at the same time. Weather conditions are almost negated. Finally, it allows tournament participation in a busy time of year without adding stresses and pressures. There are many virtues for the virtual format. We hope that you will join us for the experience! See the Invite for further details.

We will have trophies for the Top 3 Finalists and all other finalists will receive medals. There will be sweepstakes trophies for Large and Small School divisions.

All entries should be made through TABROOM.Deadline for entries will beMonday, November 28th by 11am.You must provide one qualified judge for every six (6) entries.

All Judges must view (or re-view) this video that explains how to do online Judging:

https://youtu.be/-fOmvA_0zO4

A $20 judging fee will be assessed for any uncovered entries, and extra judges are always welcome and so appreciated.

Please encourage your students to be diligent in arriving to their events on time. Refunds will not be granted if students miss rounds. There will also be no refunds for individual events dropped after the deadline.

Thank you in advance for your help!…. Wayne Levering
