首届BIBSC南方校区演讲与辩论赛

On behalf of the Ascend International Education Group and BASIS Global, we cordially invite you and your team to the First Annual BASIS International & Bilingual Schools China Southern Speech & Debate Tournament, which will be held Saturday November 27th to Sunday November 28th. This tournament will consist of competition in Impromptu Speaking, Extemporaneous Speaking, Original Oratory, and Public Forum Debate. 

谨代表爱圣国际教育集团和BASIS Global，我们诚挚地邀请您和您的队伍参与首届中国BASIS国际与双语学校南方校区演讲与辩论赛，比赛将在11月27日星期六和11月28日星期日举行。本次比赛项目包含即兴演讲，短时准备演讲，原创演说和公共辩论。

This is BIBSC’s first year hosting a regional Speech & Debate tournament. We hope to build a strong foundation for future tournaments by making our tournament as efficient, well-organized, and enjoyable for attendees as possible.

本次比赛是BIBSC首年举办地区性的演讲和辩论比赛。我们希望为今后的比赛夯实基础，尽可能地将本届赛事打造得高效、有序，并使参赛者乐在其中。

The web site will begin accepting entries on November 1, 2020. You are responsible for entering your school and student information, and also for getting the spelling and event information correct. All registration will be conducted electronically.  This means that you must confirm your entries and judges online.

网站将于2020年11月1日开始接受参赛作品。您将需要录入学校和学生信息，请确保拼写和信息的正确。所有注册将以电子方式进行，所以您需要在网上确认参赛作品和裁判。
