Thank you for judging at the Okeene Virtual Speech Tournament!

Please take notice that the schedule is much different than what we experience at a face-to-face tournament.

First, we are judging on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.  You will be given a time window on the asychronous (pre-recorded) events.  Please judge during that window as soon as you can.  Do not wait until the end time; it locks you out.  The schedule may also be adjusted based on judges' availability.  Synchronous (live extemp and debate) times should begin at the start time.  Coaches, when you register your judges, please note when they are available to judge each day.

Thursday     8:00 a.m.-noon     noon-5:00 p.m.     5:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.

Friday         8:00 a.m.-noon     noon-5:00 p.m.     5:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.

Saturday     8:00-9:15     Extemp Draw

                  9:45-11:15   Debate 1

                  11:15-12:45  Debate 2

Special Note for Saturday competitors and judges:  extempers should do a camera and microphone check before beginning.  Debaters and judges should enter the room for the 1st round no later than fifteen minutes before the round is scheduled to start to do a microphone and camera check.
