The Sting Invite will offer:

I will be sending out several reminders, but PLEASE be sure:

- check for linked student and judge accounts.

Every competitor will need to have a tabroom account will need to be linked to your school tabroom account .

Every judge you submit will need to have a tabroom account and will need to be linked to your school account (I have instructions if you need them)

- ask all extemp/debate students and judges to login to their tabroom accounts today to confirm access. If they cannot gain access, email help@tabroom.com to have the issue resolved.

- the biggest headaches have come from students/judges not accessing accounts/linking accounts.

- Ask all judges / students to login to their ZOOM accounts to confirm access.

Debate & Extemp:

  • Any competitor account not linked to their tabroom account by registration time each day will count as “a drop at registration.”

    • Registration for Debate is 2:00 p.m. Friday. I will send a zoom link Friday morning for registration/help room. Any unlinked students will be a "drop at registration."

    • Registration for Extemp is Saturday 7:15-8:00 (please confirm entries/onsite)

  • All debate events will be held synchronous (live) with prelims held on Friday and out rounds held on Saturday.

  • Please ask all your students to change naming conventions to MATCH the tabroom schematics on Zoom.
  • Extemp will be held synchronous (live) on Saturday.
