Bellevue and Newport Speech and Debate cordially invite you to attend the 3rd Annual Bellevue School District Invitational on December 4th-December 5th, 2020. We are pleased to offer Individual Events, Congressional Debate, Policy Debate, Public Forum Debate and Lincoln Douglas Debate. One again, this is a State Qualifying Tournament in all events for WCD Distrcit II Schools. We will follow current WSFA rules, and NSDA guidelines implementing the Coaches Code of Ethics/Code of Honor. Registration will close at 9pm on Wednesday, December 2nd. Fees will be set as of deadline. Late drops considered under health or act of god circumstances.
