Oregon Forensics invites you to the 2020 Robert D. Clark Invitational on the campus of the University of Oregon in Eugene. The tournament is Saturday, February 15 and Sunday, February 16, 2020. Ameena Amdahl-Mason is again directing our tab room. Please register on Tabroom.com.
Due to scheduling conflicts the tournament this year is based in McKenzie Hall not the Erb Memorial Union. McKenzie Hall is at 1101 Kincaid St, Eugene, OR 97401. Parking in any UO Faculty-Staff lots is free on weekends unless otherwise indicated. The lot closest to McKenzie is between Kincaid and Alder on 12th Avenue.
We will again be using electronic balloting for debate and IEs. Please ensure all your judges have an account on Tabroom.com and that they bring their mobile device (phone, tablet, or laptop). Devices should connect to the UO Guest network and follow directions in your browser.

Pattern A: Extemp, Inform, Duo, LIELL, ADS, POI, DI, Radio
Pattern B: Impromptu, HI, Prose, Poetry, Oratory
Congress (Congress may enter Pattern B, but not Pattern A or debate)
Policy or Oregon CX uses the 2019-2020 topic:
Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially reduce Direct Commercial Sales and/or Foreign Military Sales of arms from the United States.
Parliamentary topics written by Oregon Forensics and divisions collapsed as needed.
Public Forum uses the March topic, Resolved: The United States should increase its use of nuclear energy for commercial energy production.
Lincoln-Douglas uses the March/April topic, Resolved: Predictive policing is unjust.
Please upload congress legislation through tabroom by 11:59 on Saturday, February 8. A legislation packet will be uploaded on Monday, February 10.
