Welcome to The Delores Taylor Arthur School for Young Men Virtual Tournament

This tournament is the first major public-facing  debate event hosted by our charter school that will open its doors in August 2021.  The school has a male-focused mission and is designed as an institution that will utilize debate, deliberation, and dialogue across the curriculum. We are pleased to offer competition in 10 high school speech events.  In addition, your students will have an opportunity to compete in Policy Debate (Varsity and Novice), Lincoln-Douglas Debate (Varsity and Novice),Public Forum Debate, World Schools Debate, and Legislative Debate.  We are proud that the University of Kentucky has designated us as a Finals-Level Bid Tournament in Lincoln-Douglas and Policy as well as a Bid Tournament in the appropriate Speech events. We are honored to have the distinction of being a Bid Tournament for the National Individual Events Tournament of Champions (NIETOC).

We are also offering competition for Middle School students in a number of speech events, Policy, and Public Forum.
