The UCO Round Robin

The University of Central Oklahoma invites you to enter the first annual Central Oklahoma Round Robin hosted on the UCO campus, Friday, October 19, 2018. The tournament will provide an intense day of competition with excellent judging and no entry fees.

Number of entries: 12 teams maximum. One team per school. We will base the final number of entries on interest and quality of entries.

Application procedures: Each school should enter one team (with names of debaters, no TBD slots) by September 28, 2018. The selection committee will review the applications and announce the eligible teams via email on October 1, 2018. Tournament pairings will be released one week prior to the tournament.

Awards and Finals after Round 5

If there are 10 teams, there will be four prelims, eight teams would result in three prelims, semifinals and finals, six teams will be five prelims and no finals.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Each team is expected to provide at least one qualified judge to be available for the judging pool.
