Event Description:
DCI is a TOC circuit-style competitive division that qualifies students to the Kansas Debate Coaches Invitational in January. There will be five preliminary rounds of debate, breaking to quarterfinals. Medals will be awarded to the top 8 teams, plaques to the finalists.
