Event Description:
When starting the round for I.E.
- Please watch videos on time (based off schedule) OR in advance of the round. All rounds must still start on time.
- Open from GOOGLE CHROME. This browser is best supported with tabroom platform.
- When you've accessed your ballots, please FIRST click through EVERY video to confirm they can be opened. DO THIS BEFORE leaving comments/judging notes on any of the videos.
- If a video link doesn't open for you, please do not punish the student. Message tournament director to see if it's a problem with the platform OR if it's a problem with submission. The link process has not been perfect and is not always the fault of the student. Confirm first, please.
- Email tournament manager if a video does not work. They will provide for further instructions for accessing the video/round.
- Begin adjudicating your round once you've confirmed all videos can open/play AND you've contacted the manager with any unresolved issues you may be experiencing.
- Check back for ballots after breaks!!! We need out round judges!
- Reminder: Extemp/Debate will be accessing ZOOM for rounds and TABROOM for ballots. Please tell your judges so they can plan in advance.
