Event Description:
POLICY DEBATE: The topic will be the 2020-21 MSHSAA/NSDA approved topic concerning water quality. The format will follow the 8-3-5 time limits. Prep time will be 8 minutes per team. A team more than 10 minutes late to a round through no fault of the tournament will forfeit. The NDCA case packet limitations will be enforced. According to Suburban conference standards, the K positions (including the wetlands AFF) are excluded.
