LINCOLN-DOUGLAS DEBATE: The topic will be the NSDA November/December topic. We will use the traditional 6-3-7-3-4-6-3 time limits. Prep time will be 4 minutes per debater. A debater more than 10 minutes late to a round through no fault of the tournament may forfeit.
