Event Description:

Each league can bring up to 4 debate pairs to participate in a track of scrimmages interspersed with small group sessions to ask questions about arguments, debrief rounds and practice speeches to prepare for debates on the Water Resources topic. Debaters will use a limited evidence set that will be set by participating leagues. The schedule includes time for argument preparation and 3 scrimmages. There will be opportunities for post round feedback and speech redos. Leagues should provide one judge for every 2 debate pairs entered. Each league should provide one workshop facilitator. Judge philosophies should be posted to Tabroom.com before the Expo.
