Event Description:

Congressional Debate is defined as individual debate in a large group setting. Congressional debaters research and write pieces of Congressional legislation that they determine to be in the best interest of society.  Debaters will speak on the legislation while using proper and sanctioned parliamentary procedure.  The Congressional Debate will utilize parliamentary procedure as determined by the National Speech & Debate Association.
