Event Description:

The tournament follows WVSDA rules (see http://wvsda.org) for this event. Each contestant presents an original speech whose purpose is to promote and or sell to the audience a realistic, tangible, brand-named product or service. Visual aids are required, but the actual product need not be used. Contestants should persuade the audience as well as sell the product. It is not intended to be a sales pitch only. Notes are not permitted.

Display set-up time limit: 3 minutes. Maximum speaking time limit: 10 minutes with 30 second grace period.
