In this one or two-person event the selection must contain a live vocal musical component (although recorded background karaoke music is allowed). Performances may include cuttings from Broadway musicals, movie musicals, opera, rock opera, popular music, or original compositions. Presentations should be memorized and may include props and costumes. The expected time range is between 3-5 minutes, which includes an interpretive introduction
