Event Description:
These teams will be composed of three students that must all be from the same high school.
There will be two prepared topics, one of which students will debate twice (once on each side). The rest of the topics will be impromptu and prepared one hour before the round begins. During impromptu prep, students may only access an almanac and a dictionary.NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES ARE ALLOWED IN WORLD SCHOOLS. The only exception is that a phone may be used as a timer only, and must be on airplane mode the entire time.

Topic #1: This House would ban the use of facial recognition technology in public spaces.
Topic #2: This House supports generational quotas for parties in major legislative bodies.
