First year in Lincoln Douglas

March/April NSDA topic -

Both States and Districts will use the following debate topics:

1. Public Forum Debate will use the March NSDA topic. Resolved: The United States federal government should ban corporate acquisition of single-family residences.
2. Lincoln-Douglas Debate will use the March NSDA topic. - Resolved: The United States military ought to abide by the principle of non-intervention.

A novice LD-er is a student who is either a first year competitor or first year in any debate category (Congress or Public Forum).
