Event Description:
In alternating rounds, students will present a program of either poetry or prose. These selected works should be published material following NCFL source rules. Use of manuscript is required. Maximum 10 minutes with a 30 second grace.
NOVICE (9th or 10th grade) STUDENTS ONLY: Students may select either poetry or prose (they are not required to prepare both selections, although they may do so if they wish).
A coin flip at the beginning of the tournament will determine whether poetry or prose is first.
