Event Description:
This is our PF-style SPAR event. During 3-minute prep, teams will come up with a case. Speaker 1 will lay out cases. All debaters will be involved in
grand cross ex, followed by a shared 2-minutes of prep before Speaker 2 gives closing speech. The time will be as follows: 3 min PREP TIME, 2 min Aff
(1), 2 min Neg (1), 3 min GCX, 2 min PREP TIME, 2 min Aff (2), 2 min Neg (2)
