The speech is given without notes and uses an introduction, body, and conclusion. The speech can be lighthearted or serious. It should be based on the following four options provided:

*“A successful person never loses… they either win or learn!” — John Calipari

*“If you give shooters the right to shoot, you must give them the right to miss” — Kevin Eastman

*“I want my legacy to be the impact that I can have on young kids and the people in Iowa…I was just that young girl, so all you have to do is dream and you can be in moments like this.” — Caitlin Clark

*“All kids need is a little help, a little hope and somebody who believes in them.” — Magic Johnson
