Event Description:
Impromptu is something not normally offered in South Dakota, so this tournament provides an excellent opportunity to try it out.
How it will work. Each speaker will get two different choices for which to give their speech. The speaker will then have seven minutes to plan and speak on their choice. Speakers may watch each other, because each speaker will have a unique topic. We will offer two rounds for this event.
