Event Description:
Students will present a memorized selection (dramatic or humorous) from a published, printed source (play, novel, short story, etc.). Movie scenes are not allowed. No costumes, props, or notes are allowed. Students may use two chairs if needed. Movement within the performance area is unrestricted. Students must have a memorized introduction that includes the title and author.
Students must use the same selection for all three rounds.
The time limit for Duet Acting is 10 minutes with 30 seconds grace.
