Event Description:
DEBATE RULES: Only competitors with less than 15 rounds of debate experience (either in LD or policy) may enter novice. Mixed teams should enter varsity. LD will use the UIL fall topic for the year 2021-22 and follow all UIL rules. Should the varsity or novice division have less than 12 entries, the two divisions will be combined.
