Event Description:
These students have researched a topic and written a speech that lasts from 7 to 10 minutes. They are trying to change your point of view or your behavior through their speech. They cannot use notes when speaking- it is a memorized speech event. They should have statistical, or historical data or expert opinion to back up their contentions. Use the paper ballots to give students feedback on what they are doing right and how they can improve. At the end of this round, enter your rankings online.
