Event Description:
As part of their transition to varsity debate, novice policy debaters are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with and utilize broadly accepted disclosure norms, specifically by disclosing broken affirmative and negative positions on the 2020-21 Policy Debate Wiki, located at https://hspolicy.debatecoaches.org/. Schools with novice debaters who do not have backfiles or fully prepared cases are encouraged to download and utilize the NDCA Novice Packet, which is free to all and contains a variety of rigorously vetted positions for novice policy debaters to read.
