Resolved: The United States federal government should enact substantial criminal justice reform in the United States in one or more of the following: forensic science, policing, sentencing.

Novices will be restricted to the following areas:

Forensic Science: Limit use of facial recognition software. Policing: Abandon federal efforts to force local police to assist in immigration enforcement. Sentencing: Abolish mandatory minimum sentences. Sentencing: Drug decriminalization.
