Event Description:

BROADCASTING WILL USE COMMERCIAL AND PREPARED SCRIPT FOR PRELIMS.Novice events have the same rules as the varsity events and count the same in sweepstakes. If there are not twelve entries in both Novice and Varsity divisions of an event, then the divisions will be merged with special recognition for the top non-advancing Novice at awards.
