Event Description:
Short for "Spontaneous Argumentation," SPAR is an event that involves quick thinking and clash. The Affirmative speaker will be given the choice to pick the topic, both Aff and Neg will then have a minute of preparation time, before beginning their cycle of speeches. Research is not permitted. Notes are allowed to be used.

4 minutes cross-examination
