Event Description:

We will offer four rounds of debate with modified time limits on speeches in policy.

The goal is to  run a  policy round in one  hour or less.

                        8 minute 1st affirmative  and  1st negative constructive speeches

                        2 minute cross examinations

                        4 minute  2nd  affirmative  and  2nd negative speakers

                        4 minute rebuttal speeches
