Important Notice Regarding Judges:

All judges entered online must be present for their round obligations during the tournament.  All changes to judges must be made before registration closes on Jan. 29.  If a judge can no longer be present for the tournament, and it is after the registration has closed online, please notify tournament staff immediately .

You may not hire judges at the registration table.

Note from the tournament director:

Please do not leave before your required obligation has been fulfilled. It was a problem last year, and if it continues to be a problem this year with the same school(s), I will have no choice but to send your school a bill for a hired judge. It is a very difficult task to host a tournament, and it takes everyone working together. By leaving before your judging obligation has been fulfilled, you negatively impact the students who are debating and performing IEs, and we're all in this business for the kids. It isn't fair or polite. Please DO NOT leave before elimination rounds as all schools are required to provide a judge for one round past their best performer. For example, if none of your students make it to outrounds, then you are required to provide judges for all events you have students entered in for one elmination round. If one of your students makes it to quarters but loses, you are required to provide a judge for semis, and so on. Thanks for your help with this!
