What I look for when making my decisions:
1. I look off of my flow. I will not be flowing cross fires but I will be listening so try not to make any new arguments in crossfire. Anything that isn't extended through summary and final focus I will not evaluate it that much.
- Anything you say after your grace period I won't be flowing down.
2. If it is a turn against your arguments, make sure you reconstruct against it. If you don't, I will consider that as a valid reason to vote for your opponent's side.
3. Weighing & comparison. Make sure you weigh and compare your arguments. At the end of the day, it is really hard to make the decision if you don't really compare and explain why your side is better in terms of evidence, impact, and etc. Because I wouldn't really know which side I NEED to vote for, so convince me. Tell me exactly why I should vote for your side instead of your oppnent's.
In terms of speaker points:
- Try your best to be confident when you are speaking (if you sound confident I would feel confident voting for you)
- Be respectful
