My name is Aurnia.
I was a 4th year debater for WaRu who's pretty decent. My main debate format is Lincoln-Douglass, so all args you make in Policy/LD work for me. K's can be fun but make sure you actually know your args. Questions of opponents knowledge I often feel is a bad way to go about presenting arguments- question their arguments, not understanding. During CX, if they are asking you what the resolution or their plan is, they are typically trying to make a point, not trying to get a clarification question
CX isn't a time for either side to strengthen their arguments, but a time to clarify, and to see how much the speaker really knows of their subject material- possibly also pointing out fallacies, or contradictions of arguments.
I do flow, but don't count on that for my ballet. Tell me why I should be voting for you in the round. My flow is only there for me to validate the rfd.
I am a huge fan of Epistemological K's or Psychology K's, but I will vote first and foremost on Theory, than on offense (K, DA, CP) and there isn't anyone I like more than the other.
I have been pursuing a political science, philosophy, and psychology degrees with Allen/Washburn U- I have been writing a lot about communist theories overall- so capk is also very good with me- but I will be critical over what is actually said
